Tony Frost was born on 20 September 1947 in Ficksburg and grew up in Queenstown. He studied at the Universities of Natal, Cape Town and Witwatersrand. (BA Hons Degree in Psychology and postgraduate diplomas in marketing and counselling.)
He was for 14 years the Director of Public Affairs and Human Resources at Lonrho South Africa, and a number of other companies. After 23 years in business, he founded his own company, Sirocco Strategic Management.
He is a long-term member of SHRM, Advisory Board Member of the Global Forum of the Society for Human Resource Management.
1991 & 1992: President of the Institute of People Management, Southern Africa, the largest professional human resource management body in Africa.
2002: Chief Executive Officer of WWF - SA

Tony has three children, Sarah , Roydon and Kieran.
